A project designed by Ian MacDonald Architect Inc. Working with Ian & his talented team was an eye-opening experience. Every detail and sightline of this house was meticulously thought out and executed with intention, both inside and out. A challenging and rewarding project resulting in a true piece of art.

A home that stands out with its unique design. During the design process we worked closely with the client to develop a home that stood out from the rest. We accomplished this by implementing modern finishes while keeping the home warm and comfortable to live in.

This home is situated on a very public lot and our goal was to make it feel open while maintaining privacy. A project that suits our style while catering to the client’s ‘minimalist’ taste. A millwork collaboration with KASTEN CO. where the minimal details made the biggest statement.

These are the most personal spaces in a home. Working directly with clients to create a unique space that reflects their needs and personality. Focusing on quality materials & building techniques, while creating a space that blends with the existing home.
